摘要
基于MEMS技术的3轴加速度传感器MMA7260Q,应用飞思卡尔公司新型S08AW 60和智能数据处理技术,研制出具有微型化、智能化、高集成度的振动筛有载工况检测装置,可同时测量振动筛任意位置的X、Y、Z3轴加速度参数,该装置由振动检测电路、MCU核心单元、加速度信号预处理软件和上位机显示界面等组成,可以应用于散粒体(粮食)新型加工装备的研究、设计和技改验收等.
The paper developed a miniaturized, intelligent and high-integrity on-load work condition detection device of a vibrating screen based on the MEMS three-axis aeceleration sensor (MMA7260Q), the novel S08AW60 and intelligent data processing technique of Freescale Semiconductor. The on-load work condition detection device could measure the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis acceleration parameters at any positions of the vibrating screen at the same time. The device consisted of a vibration detection circuit, an MCU, acceleration signal preprocessing software, a display on the upper computer and so on, and was applied to research, design, technique innovation, acceptance inspection and so on of the novel granular material (grain) processing equipment.
