摘要
微机电系统是一个新型的多学科交叉的研究领域 ,具有广阔的应用前景。在概述微机电系统发展状况的基础上 ,归结分析了微机电系统在组成结构及特征、材料特性及加工工艺、力学行为等方面异于宏观机械的一些新特征 ,并对微机电系统的主要应用领域进行了讨论。
Micro-electro-mechanic systems is a new emerging technology and interdisciplinry,which have a broad application prospect.On the base of summarizing the achievement of research in this field,structure,material characteristic,machining process anel mechanics behavior different from general machine were analysed,and the main application fields were discussed.
