摘要
为探讨健康教育对肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血治疗的影响,将71例患者随机分为2组:试验组(35例)与对照组(36例),2组病例均根据出血程度,采取药物及其他治疗。对照组患者予常规护理指导,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育。对2组患者情况包括止血有效率、再出血率及并发症发生率进行观察、评估。结果为试验组的止血有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而再出血率和并发症发生率较对照组降低(P<0.05)。健康教育是对肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血有重要影响的基础护理措施。
Objective ：to explore the effect of the healthy education in gastroesophageal variceal bleeding in cirrhosis.Methods： 71 Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups including the test group（n = 35）and the control group（n = 36）.The two groups took medicines and received other treatments according to the extent in bleeding.The control group was given routine nursing guidance,while the test group was given health education based on the routine nursing guidance.Hemostasis rate,rebleeding rate and the incidence rate of complicationsand were observed and evaluated in the two groups.Results：hemostasis rate in the test group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）,while the rebleeding rate and the incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：health education is a kind of basic nursing intervention which is generating an important influence in gastroesophageal variceal bleeding in cirrhosis
