摘要
本研究通过对下岗职工经济状况与其SCL— 90各因子分进行相关性分析 ,结果表明下岗职工心理健康水平与其下岗前后的月均收入呈负相关 ,而与其下岗前、后的家庭人均收入无相关 ,说明经济的拮据并不影响下岗职工的心理健康水平 ,而在家庭中地位的下降及自我价值的得不到体现 ,才对心理健康水平构成更大的危害。
For survey the relation between unemployed worker's economic condition and their psychological health.628 unemployed workers were sampled randomly and investigated by SCL-90.The results of correlative analysis showed that there was a passive correlation between the factor score and individual average incomes each month,but the opposition case was found in the family average incomes.So we think,although the economic insufficiency could not infect the worker's psychological health,the position in the family is a main factor affecting his psychological health.
