摘要
目的依据现代战争需要,了解我军士兵健康人格核心因素———创新能力特质的现状,探讨其培养途径,为我军士兵创新性人格特质的塑造提供依据。方法心理测验,数据分析。结果基层士兵创新性人格因素优势不足。结论塑造我军士兵创新性人格优势的重要应对策略为:强化基层指挥员对创新性人格特质的塑造意识;提高基层指挥员管理与训练的科技含量;多途径提升兵员的知识水平;实施对士兵的创造性思维训练;加速部队心理学专门人才的培养与合理配备。
Objectives To find out the present situation of creative personality essential elements of current soldiers in the army, and to discuss the way of cultivating them,in order to provide theoretical foundation for the creative personality of soldiers in the army. Methods Psychological test was performed in 562 daccording to Cattell RB,and the obtained data were statitsically analysed. Result The grass - roots soldiers had insufficient predominance in creative personality elements. Conclusions The ideology of grass - roots commanders to figure creative personality eiements of soldiers should be enhanced. The methods of management and training given by grass - roots commander should be improved. The knowledge level of soldiers should be advanced by various ways. Creative thinking training programs should be implemented in the soldiers. Accelerating the cultivation and implementation of psychological experts in the army is an important way of figuring creative personality elements in the soldiers.
