摘要
目的 :探讨影响下岗职工心理健康水平的因素。方法 :对随机抽取的 6 2 8例下岗职工的有关因素进行调查 ,同时进行SCL 90的调查。结果 :下岗职工SCL 90因子分显著高于在职者 ,男性较女性更甚 ;小于三十岁组中除人际关系因子外 ,其余均显著增高 ;高中以上文化程度组敌对因子和人际关系因子有显著增高 ,离婚组的抑郁因子显著增高。结论 :下岗职工心理健康状况与性别、年龄、婚姻状况。
SCL 90 inventory has been used to survey 628 unemployed workers sampled randomly.The results indicated that the psychological health decreased significant.In the sex analysis,the factor scores of male if lower than female.Among the interpersonal relation analysis,there are significant differences in every age group(except<30 years group).Meanwhile,we found the factors scores decreased in the married and divorced groups.So we think the psychological health of unemployed worker is affected by comprehensive factors,especiallythe economy,martial state and position in the family.
