摘要 根据材料学研究中对金属相变测试的需要,采用虚拟仪器的思想,研制了高精度电阻-温度法相变点测试仪,主要完成对试样温度和电阻的测量.硬件部分采用"传感器+信号调理电路+数据采集卡+PC机"的形式.温度信号采用三线制的铂电阻,利用XTR105电流变送器来简化电路设计,同时提高精度,电阻信号经恒流源转换成电压信号并通过可编程增益放大器将其放大.两路信号经数据采集卡输入到PC机上,采用LabVIEW软件编程实现对铂电阻的非线性进行高精度校正,同时实现对信号的实时采集、分析、显示、保存和报表打印等功能.该测温系统从软硬件上保证高精度,并具有一定的抗干扰性和可扩展性. To satisfy the demands in material science research,a high-precision temperature measurement phase transition point tester by the resistance-temperature method was developed using the virtual instrument thought.It mainly completed the measurement of temperature and resistance.The hardware system included sensor,signal conditioner circuit,data acquisition(DAQ) card and PC.For the temperature signal,it was tested by the 3-wire platinum resistance,and the-current converter XTR105 was used to simplify the circuit design and improve the accuracy.For the resistance signal,a current source and programmable gain amplifier were used to get voltage signal.The two signals were transferred to PC by DAQ card.In PC,the LabVIEW software programming was applied to the non-linear correction of platinum resistance.Simultaneously,the system can acquire,analyze,display,save and print the signal in time.The system has high precise,and also has a certain anti-interference and scalability.
