摘要
基于C8051F060芯片固有的硬件特点,设计一种高精度温度检测系统。由于模拟信号的检测是整个系统的重点与难点．文中给出了具体的模拟信号检测电路．对其检测原理进行了详细的阐述。同时对A／D转换中的误差修正以及铂电阻的线性校准进行了说明。
Based on the intrinsic hardware features of C8051F060, a design of measuring temperature system with high precision is presented, Because of the importance of analog signals measureme nt in the system, the measurement circuit is described in details, At same time the error amending in AID converting and platinum resistance linear compensation are discussed.
