摘要
工业化进程与矿产资源消耗之间呈现一定的内在规律。在综述工业化与矿产资源消耗的一般理论与实践的基础上,分析了全球矿产资源的配置格局及演变趋势,结合中国工业化和矿产资源消耗的特征,提出了中国矿产资源配置的政策建议。
Industrialization and mineral resource consumption presents certain inherent law.Based on the overview of general theory and the practice of industrialization and mineral resource consumption,this paper analyzes the disposition pattern of global mineral resources and its evolution trend,explains the characteristics of China＇s industrialization and mineral resource consumption,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on mineral resource allocation in China.
