摘要
采用间歇膨胀水解工艺处理综合城镇污水,在水力停留时间(HRT)为8.5~16.5 h条件下,考察了反应器内污泥浓度、对COD和SS的去除率及B/C值的变化情况。结果表明:在进水COD为900~1 300 mg/L、SS为500~800 mg/L的条件下,反应器内污泥浓度>10 g/L,且在1~4 m高度范围内污泥浓度与反应器高度呈线性关系;当HRT<13.5 h时对COD的去除率<20%,当HRT>13.5 h时对COD的去除率>25%;B/C值的变化与COD去除率的相反,当HRT为8~9h时B/C值的增加幅度最大,当HRT>13.5 h时B/C值的增幅迅速变小;对SS的去除率>65%。水解出水经接触氧化/混凝沉淀工艺处理后,COD、pH值、NH3-N、TP分别为95.3 mg/L、8.27、6.27 mg/L0、.39 mg/L,完全满足企业提标后的排放要求。
Intermittent expansion hydrolysis process was used to treat municipal composite wastewater. The MLSS, removal rates of COD and SS and B/C ratio were investigated under HRT of 8.5 to 16.5 h. The results show that under the conditions of the influent COD of 900 to 1 300 mg/L and SS of 500 to 800 mg/L, the MLSS in the reactor is more than 10 g/L, and there is a linear relationship between the MLSS at a height of 1 to 4 m and the reactor height. When the HRT is less than 13.5 h, the removal rate of COD is less than 20%, and when the HRT is more than 13.5 h, the removal rate of COD is more than 25%. In contrast with COD, the increment of B/C ratio is maximum when the HRT is 8 to 9 h, and the increment of B/C ratio becomes small when the HRT is more than 13.5 h. The removal rate of SS is more than 65%. After treated by contact oxidation and coagulation sedimentation, COD, pH, NH3 - N and TP in the hydrolysis effluent are 95.3 mg/L, 8.27, 6.27 mg/L and 0.39 mg/L respectively, which reaches the discharge standard of the enterprise completely.
