摘要
中药生产废水具有污染物浓度高、可生化性差、水质水量波动大等特点,属于高浓度难降解有机工业废水。采用具有专利技术的两相厌氧生物处理工艺处理中药废水,调试结果表明,通过选取适当的接种污泥和制定合理的调试运行方案,可以保证两相厌氧工艺在3个月内完成工程调试,最终产酸相反应罐容积负荷为30~45kgCOD/(m3.d),COD去除率稳定在15%~20%;产甲烷相反应池容积负荷为8~10kgCOD/(m3.d),COD去除率稳定在90%~95%。
Due to high concentration of pollutants, low biodegradability and large fluctuation in quality and quantity, traditional Chinese medicine wastewater is a high-concentration refractory wastewater. The two-phase anaerobic biological process with the patent technology was used to treat traditional Chinese medicine wastewater. The commissioning results show that the commissioning of two-phase anaerobic biological process can be completed within three months by selecting appropriate seeding sludge and establishing a reasonable commissioning scheme. The volumetric load of acidogenic reactor is 30 to 45 kg COD/(m^3 · d) and the removal rate of COD is 15% to 20%. The volumetric load of methanogenic reactor is 8 to 10 kgCOD/(m3 · d) and the removal rate of COD is 90% to 95% stably.
