摘要
为解决印染废水生化处理效果差的难题,开发了复合水解酸化/悬浮生物滤池的印染废水生化处理工艺,并在此基础上投加专性脱色菌进行生物强化脱色处理。结果表明,在稳定运行条件下,系统对色度的去除率提高了10%~20%,对色度的总去除率达到80%以上,对COD的去除率达到90%左右。可见,通过生物强化技术提高生化处理的脱色能力是可行的。
In order to solve the problem of poor efficiency of biochemical treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, a combined process of hybrid hydrolysis acidification and suspended biological filter was developed, and decolorizing bacteria were added in bioaugmentation for color removal. The results show that under the stable operation condition, the removal rate of color is increased by 10% to 20%, and the total removal rates of color and COD reach more than 80% and about 90%. It is concluded that the bioaugmentation technology can improve the decolorizing capacity of biochemical treatment.
