摘要
目的优选水提取乌梅散中有效成分的最佳工艺。方法采用四因素三水平正交设计,高效液相色谱法测定乌梅散中梓醇含量,以提取物中梓醇含量为评价指标优化乌梅散的提取条件。结果乌梅散的最佳水提取工艺为加6倍量水煎煮1.5h,提取两次。结论乌梅散水提取工艺简单、易于操作、不使用有机溶剂、成本低廉。
Objective To optimize the water extraction process of catalpol,one of the effective components of Wumei Powder.Methods L9(34) orthogonal experiment was adopted in this study.And the content of catalpol was determined and then used for the optimization of extraction conditions.Results The best extracting technical conditions were as follows: adding 6-fold water,extracting for 1.5 hour and extracting twice.Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Wumei Powder is simple and feasible,with less cost.
