摘要
目的观察糖肾颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠模型的作用。方法采用四氧嘧啶建立大鼠糖尿病肾病模型,通过尿微量白蛋白的测定确立造模成功,进而观察给予糖肾颗粒后大鼠的一般状况、蛋白尿、尿微量白蛋白及肾功能变化、肾脏病理变化等。结果糖肾颗粒能明显改善糖尿病肾病大鼠多饮、多食和消瘦的症状,降低尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白,改善肾功能,减轻肾脏的病理变化。结论糖肾颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠具有较好的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Tangshen Granule on diabetic nephropathy （DN） rats. Methods SD rats models of DN were induced by alloxan, and the urine microalbumin was detected to evaluate the estab- lishment of DN model. The general conditions, urine protein volume, urine microalbumin volume, renal function, and renal pathological changes were determined during the experimentation. Result In comparison with the model group, Tangshen Granule relieved the symptoms of excessive drinking and eating, and emaciation, decreased the contents of urine protein and microalbumin, improved renal function and renal pathological changes. Conclusion Tangshen Granule has preventive and therapeutic effects on DN rats.
