人参蛋白对高脂血症模型大鼠的降血脂作用 被引量:27

Effect of Ginseng Protein on Decreasing Blood Lipid in Rat Models with Hyperlipidemia

摘要 目的探讨人参蛋白对高血脂模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法 :采用高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂大鼠模型,以低、中、高三个剂量人参蛋白灌胃,测定大鼠体重和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,同时对大鼠进行肝功能检查。结果 :给予高脂饲料后大鼠体重和血脂显著升高,人参蛋白能够明显降低高血脂模型大鼠血清TC及TG含量,有升高模型大鼠肝脏谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST)含量和降低碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量的作用。结论 :人参蛋白对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂的作用,部分剂量有改善模型动物肝脏功能的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of ginseng protein on blood lipid of rat models with hyperlipidemia.Methods The hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding with high-fat diet.Low-,moderate-and high-dose ginseng protein groups were fed with the ginseng protein at dosages of 0.05 g/kg,0.1 g/kg and 0.2 g/kg,respectively.Body weight,serum contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and liver function were measured at the end of the experiment.Results After feeding with high-fat diet,the rats developed into hyperlipidemia with high serum lipid level.Ginseng protein had obvious effects on reducing the contents of TG and TC.Meanwhile,it increased the contents of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(ALT) and lowered the content of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),but had no effect on the content of HDL-C.Conclusion Ginseng protein has the therapeutic effects on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats,and ginseng protein at some doses can improve the liver function of the rat model.
