摘要
目的:探讨白子菜提取物对高血脂模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂大鼠模型,以低、中、高三个剂量白子菜水、醇提取物灌胃,测定大鼠体重和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量。结果:给予高脂饲料后大鼠血脂显著升高,而白子菜水提和醇提物均能显著降低甘油三酯(TG)。结论:白子菜提取物对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gynura divaricata(Linn.) DC. on blood lipid of rat models with hyperlipidemia. Meth- ods : The hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding with high-fat diet. Low-, moderate- and high-dose Gynura divarica- ta(Linn.) DC. groups were fed with the Gynura divaricata(Linn.) DC. at dosages of 10 g/kg, 5 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg in water-extract, and at dosages of 20 g/kg, 10 g/kg and 5 g/kg in ethanol-extract respectively. Body weight, serum contents of total cholesterol (TC}, tri-glyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol { HDL-C} and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C } were measured at the end of the experiment. Results: After feeding with high-fat diet, the rats developed into hyperlipidemia with high serum lipid lev- el. Gynura divaricata(Linn.) DC had obvious effects on reducing the contents of TC . Conclusion: Gynura divarieata(Linn.) DC has the therapeutic effects on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats.
