摘要
目的：观察单味丹参及复方丹参液的体外抑瘤作用，明确其是否存在直接细胞毒作用，并比较两者的抑瘤活性。方法：以 Ｍ Ｔ Ｔ 法检测各种不同浓度丹参及复方丹参对 Ｋ５６２ 及 Ｂ Ｃａ Ｐ－ ３７细胞的体外抑瘤率，并推测其 Ｉ Ｃ５０ 值。结果：１０μｌ／ｍ ｌ的丹参、５０μｌ／ｍ ｌ的复方丹参液对 Ｋ５６２ 及 Ｂ Ｃａ Ｐ－ ３７ 细胞的体外抑瘤率均可达 ７０％ ～８０％ ；而对 Ｋ５６２ 细胞的 Ｉ Ｃ５０ 为丹参 ７．５１μｌ／ｍ ｌ、复方丹参 ３１．０μｌ／ｍ ｌ；对 Ｂ Ｃａ Ｐ－ ３７ 细胞的 Ｉ Ｃ５０ 分别为丹参６．９６μｌ／ｍ ｌ、复方丹参 ３４．７８μｌ／ｍ ｌ。结论：单味丹参及复方丹参注射液均存在直接的细胞毒作用，而单味丹参的抗肿瘤作用又强于复方丹参注射液。
Objective:To observe the antineoplastic effects of Danshen (red sage root) and Danshen injection in vitro to reveal if the medicine had the cytotoxic effect.Comparsion was made between the two remedies.Methods:The concentrations of Danshen and Danshen injection were used to detect the antineoplastic effects on K562 and BCaP-37 cells in vitro by using MTT Method.IC50 was also measured.Results:10ul/ml Danshen and 50 ul/ml Danshen injection had significant antineoplastic effects on K562 and BCaP-37 in vitro with the antineoplastic rate of 70%～80%while IC50 of the K562 was 7.51ul/ml in the Danshen group and 31.0ul/ml in the Daushen injection group.Besides,IC50 of BCaP-37 was 6.96ul/ml in Danshen group and 34.78ul/ml in Danshen injection group.Conclusions:Both Danshen and Danshen injection had direct cytotoxic effect,but the former was better than the latter in the antineoplastic effects. Key word:Danshen Danshen injection antineoplastic effect in vitrore 10.9±6.6 ng/ml and 1.9±1.7 ng/ml respectively ( P <0.002).TGF β level in TBPE was 27.3 ±11.1 ng/ml,higher than serum levels of TBPE 3.9±3.3 ng/ml ( P <0.001) and controls 1.87 ±1.05 ng/ml ( P >0.05).Conclusion:High levels of HGF/SF and TGF β in TBPE may exert some pathophysiological activities in the development of tuberculous granulomatous inflamation,and play important roles in the promotion of pleural fibrosis.
