摘要
合用复方丹参与西药经导管灌注治疗晚期癌肿13例,单纯西药化疗30例作对照组。比较两组疗效及毒副反应,研究组与对照组缓解率分别为77％与33％,毒副反应研究组明显低于对照组。结果表明:复方丹参在癌肿治疗中具有扶正祛邪的功效。
Transcatheter arterial infusion with Salvia Miltiorrhizae Composita (SMC) and chemotheraputic agents were performed in I3 cases of recurrent neoplasms. Partial regres- sion in 4 and mild regression in 6 were observed in a short-term follow-up. In 11 eases the toxic or side effect after the procedure was slight. These results were better than that observ- ed in the control group of 30 potients with cancers who were given chemotherapeutic agents alone. The authors consider that SMC has the effect of reinforcing body resistance and elimi- nating pathogens in treating of neoplasm.
