摘要
本文采用自拟中药保胎汤剂，治疗自然流产。结果：单用中药保胎成功率明显高于不用中药治疗的对照组，说明自拟方剂有很好的保胎疗效。通过对血清孕酮、雌二醇的测定，说明中药提高保胎成功率的机理之一在于提高了血清孕酮及雌二醇。在中西药结合组，对黄体功能低下的患者，在中药治疗的同时，加用黄体酮，保胎成功率显著高于中药组，说明黄体酮保胎对黄体功能低下的患者有效。
This study was used traditional Chinese medicine “Baotaitang”to treat the cases of spontaneous abortion(SA).The results indicated that the rate of the successful pregnancy among the group of traditional Chinese medicine was higher than that control group which nothing traditional Chinese medicine.So it proved that this prescription had better curative effect.In the group of traditional Chinese medicine,the level of progesterone and estradiol was raised,and that showed that one of the mechanism of the rate of the successful pregnancy.In the group of luteral phaed defect(LPD),the cases were treated by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the rate of the successful pregnancy was significant higher than that group of traditional Chinese medicine.The outcome showed that adding progesteront had obvious curative effect for treating LPD.
