摘要
目的评价保胎灵片治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产的临床疗效及对血清P、E2、β-HCG的影响。方法将62例肾虚型先兆流产患者随机分为2组,治疗组33例口服保胎灵片,对照组29例口服黄体酮胶囊。比较2组治疗后的综合疗效及对内分泌激素的影响。结果治疗组痊愈率30%,总有效率91%;对照组痊愈率17%,总有效率90%。2组痊愈率及总有效率比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。治疗组、对照组均能明显提高P水平(治疗组P<0.05,对照组P<0.01);2组均能明显提高E2、β-HCG水平(P均<0.01)。结论保胎灵片能有效治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产,综合疗效与黄体酮胶囊相当。保胎灵片能升高先兆流产患者血清P、E2、β-HCG,改善内分泌失衡的状态。
Objective It is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Baotailing tablets on first-trimester threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency and the influence of Baotailing tablets on serum P,E2 and β-HCG.Methods 62 threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.33 cases were in treatment group and treated with Baotailing tablets taken orally and the other 29 cases were in control group and treated with Progesterone Capsules taken orally.The comprehensive curative effect after treatment and the influence on endocrine hormone in the two groups were compared.Results In treatment group,the recovery rate was 30% and the total effective rate was 91%.In control group,the recovery rate was 17% and the total effective rate was 90%.There were both no significant difference on the recovery rate and the total effective rate between the two groups（both P〉0.05）.The levels of P in the two groups were both obviously heightened（treatment group P〈0.05,control group P〈0.01）.The levels of E2 and β-HCG in the two groups were all obviously heightened（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Baotailing tablets is effective for treating first-trimester threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency and the comprehensive curative effect is correspond with Progesterone Capsules.Baotailing tablets can heighten serum P,E2 and β-HCG and improve the position of unbalance endocrine.
