补肾中药方加来曲唑治疗无排卵性不孕症疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察自拟补肾中药方配合来曲唑治疗无排卵性不孕症的疗效。方法:40例无排卵性不孕症患者随机分成2组各20例,治疗组20例常规使用来曲唑,同时配合口服自拟补肾方,对照组仅常规使用来曲唑,经3个月经周期治疗判定疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的排卵率分别为60.00%、35.00%,妊娠率分别为50.00%、20.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:自拟补肾方有调节性腺作用,来曲唑配用补肾调冲中药,可以提高排卵率和妊娠率。
