摘要
为了使保证中药熏洗过程的密闭循环以及长时间温度恒定,进而提高熏洗疗效,设计研制了一种自动熏洗仪。对该自动熏洗仪进行结构设计、控制系统硬件设计和软件设计,使其具备熏蒸、熏洗和洗浴功能。控制系统采用主从式两级MCU控制方式,设计有输入/输出、通信、人机交互以及保护等功能模块。该自动熏洗仪经临床验证药液温度控制精度可达±0.5℃;熏蒸室温差保持±1℃内;在洗浴时药液循环利用,满足了洗浴非间断性和保持药效,并具有全身、密闭、防交叉、操作方便、系统稳定性好、设计合理等特点。
In order to ensure closed circulation and long time constant temperature in the process of fumigating washing with the traditional Chinese medicine, and then improve the curative effect, an automatic fumigating-washing instrument was designed. The structure design of the automatic fumigating-washing instrument, hardware design and software design of con trol system were accomplished to make the instrument have the （unctions of fumigating, washing and bathing. The function modules of input-output, communication, human-computer interaction and protect were designed for the instrument. Master-slave and two-stage MCU control mode is applied to the control system. The control accuracy for medical solution temperature of the instrument is ±5℃ obtained by clinical verification while the temperature difference in fumigating-washing room is kept in ±1℃. Medical solution can be cyclically used. The system can satisfy the requirement of continuous washing and re tain the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine. The application effect shows that the system works stable and the design is reasonable.
