摘要
针对烧结制粒湿度控制系统的大时滞、参数时变的特点,提出了基于组合改型Smith预估器的模糊PID控制策略。仿真结果表明,此方法有效地补偿了大时滞的影响,对克服系统参数时变具有很强的鲁棒性,取得了较好的控制效果。
Aimed to the property of inertia, large time-delay and time-varying of humidity control of making qranule in sintefing plant, the plan of fuzzy-PID control based on combined smith predictor was used. Simulation results show that the control system had nice compensation for large time-delay and strong robustness for time-varying. Good performance is obtained.
