摘要
以5,6-二氢-6-烷基(芳基)-2H-吡喃-2,4-二酮(1)、芳胺(2)和原甲酸三乙酯进行缩合反应,合成了20 个3-芳胺甲烯基-6-烷基(芳基)-5,6-二氢-2H-吡喃-2,4-二酮(3). 由于分子内氢键的形成, 化合物3 由一对构象异构体4 和5 组成. 生物活性初步测定结果表明,
Anilinomethylene 6 alkyl(aryl) 5,6 dihydro 2H pyran 2,4 diones(3) were prepared by the condensation reaction of 6 alkyl(aryl) 5,6 dihydro 2H pyran 2,4 diones(1), substituted anilines(2) and ethyl orthoformate. A pair of conformational isomers 4 and 5 exist in products 3 due to the formation of the intramolecular hydrogen bond. Compound 3 was tested in vitro against many fungi such as P. Zeae, C. Arachidicala, P. Piricola, A. Solani, B. Cinerae, S. Sclerotiorum, H. Oryzae, etc . The bioassay results show that they have some fungicidal activity.
