摘要
采用乙酰乙酸乙酯的双负离子与胡椒基甲基酮反应,合成了5,6 二氢 6 甲基 6 胡椒基 2H 吡喃 2,4 二酮,然后与原甲酸三乙酯、芳胺进行缩合反应,得到了3 芳胺甲烯基 5,6 二氢 6 甲基 6 胡椒基 2H 吡喃 2,4 二酮,其结构经1HNMR和元素分析证实。生物活性初步测定表明,该类化合物具有一定的杀菌活性。
5, 6-Dihydro-6-methyl-6-piperonyl-2H-pyran-2, 4-dione, which was obtained by reacting dianion of acetoacetate with piperonyl methyl acetone, reacted with substituted anilines in the presence of ethyl orthoformate and 3-anilinomethylene-5, 6-dihydro-6-methyl-6-piperonyl-2H-pyran-2, 4-diones (2) were obtained.The Structures of compounds 2 were confirmed by 1~H NMR spectra and elemental analyses. Compound 2 was tested in vitro against many fungi such as P. Zeae, A. Solani, R. Solani, P. Piricola, C. Arachidicala. The bioassay results showed that they have some fungicidal activity.
