采用“交替隐型算法”对光学薄膜中的加热过程进行了数值分析， 求解得到了薄膜中的二维温度场，
The therm al process is an im portant process of interaction betw eenlaser and optical coating. The “alternate recessive algorithm ”w as applied tosolve the equation of the heat transfers in m ultilayer opticalcoating. The tw o di m ension therm al field in coatings w as obtained.
