摘要
为考察拉、压载荷下焊缝的磁记忆特征,测试Q235钢板焊缝进行拉、压载荷下的磁记忆(MMM)信号,分析焊缝正、反面MMM信号在拉、压载荷下的变化规律,并对比热处理前后MMM信号,研究热处理质量对磁记忆信号的影响.结果表明:拉伸载荷下磁记忆信号较压缩载荷下变化明显,焊缝正面应力集中较大,焊逢的热处理效果可以在磁记忆特征信号上得到体现,也验证磁记忆检测技术作为焊缝质量早期评价的可行性.
Metal magnetic memory(MMM) testing technology,which is a new non-destructive testing(NDT)technology,has a good prospect of testing welded joint defects.In this paper,the MMM characteristic signals comparison between tension loading and compression loading are investigated,together with mechanics analysis.The welding materials were steel Q235 and the model of welding wire was H08Mn2Si.The experiments were carried out on DSS-10T-S testing machine.The MMM characteristic difference was analyzed between the positive and negative welded joints.For a further step,the influence of heat treatment quality of welded joint to MMM signals was studied.The results show that more obvious change of MMM signals represent under tension loading than under compression loading.The positive area of welded joint stress concentration is greater than the negative one.The thermal effect on welded joint can be reflected by the MMM characteristic signal,which proved the feasibility of MMM evaluation on welded joint quality in the early stage.
