摘要
金属磁记忆无损检测技术除了可以对铁磁性构件缺陷进行检测外,还可以通过检测构件在地磁场中的漏磁场而发现其内部的应力集中区域。研究了磁记忆检测技术在焊缝检测中的应用情况,并对比X射线的检测结果,分析了该技术在焊缝无损检测中的应用可行性。
Metal Magnetic Memory Testing（MMMT）is already used in both defect inspection of ferromagnetic structure and the stress concentration zone detecting inside the structure through inspection of magnetic leakage field in the geomagnetic field.The application of MMMT in weld inspection is investigated and compared with the result of X-ray inspection in the paper.The applicability of MMMT in weld NDT is also analysed.
