摘要
研究了6063锻造铝合金单轴拉压载荷下的疲劳特性。结果表明,该材料的单轴疲劳特性对应力幅值有较大的依赖性。在应力幅值低于165MPa时,材料以弹性变形为主,当应力幅值达到198MPa时,塑性变形明显,同时,材料出现明显的循环硬化特征。
The fatigue characteristic of forged 6063 Al alloy under uniaxial loading was studied. The results showed that the fatigue characteristics of the alloy under uniaxial loading highly depended on the stress amplitude, the elastic deformation was the leading deformation below 165 MPa and plastic deformation increased obviously when the stress amplitude reached 198 MPa. Visible plastic deformation was discovered along with distinct cyclic hardening at 198 MPa.
