摘要
高校辅导员是思想政治工作的主力军。当今客观形势和辅导员角色的特殊性迫切需要其不断加强党性修养,加强高校辅导员党性修养,以期推动高校思想政治工作队伍建设。
University counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political work in a university. It is urgently needed to constantly strengthen their party spirit training under such objective situation. This article regards that to enhance the party spirit training will promote the team construction of university ideological and political work.
