摘要
目的了解湖北省村卫生室的卫生服务管理现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法自编调查问卷对湖北省422个村卫生室的422名村医进行调查。结果村卫生室面积在60 m2以上的比例为31.5%;村卫生室布局中设立药房的比例最高,为86.3%;村卫生室制度建立比例最高的是村卫生室工作制度,为77.3%;医疗与公共卫生服务登记本中比例最高的是一次性医疗用品的购入、处理登记本,占73.2%;村卫生室在卫生服务中存在的主要问题是村卫生室投入不足,占78.2%。性别、年龄、学历、职称、执业资格、从事医疗工作年限及收入是影响村卫生室制度建立和医疗与公共卫生服务登记的因素(P<0.05)。结论村卫生室的面积不够,布局不合理,制度不健全;应加大对村卫生室的投入,满足农民的基本医疗服务需求。
Objective To probe into the current situation of management of health services in village clinics in Hubei province and its influential factors. Methods By means of self-compiled questionnaires,422 village doctors from 422 village clinics were surveyed in Hubei province. Results Some 31.5% of the village clinics cover an area of more than 60 m2,86.3% have their own pharmacy room,77.3% have established working systems of village clinics,the largest expense is the purchase of disposable medical supplies and treatment which account for 73.2%,and the biggest problem in services is inadequate investment,accounting for 78.2%.Gender,age,educational background,professional title,qualification certificate,work experience in health care and income could affect the establishment of clinics system and public health service registration（P0.05）. Conclusion With inadequate area of village clinics,irrational lay-out and unsound system,investment should be injected to meet the basic medical needs of farmers.
