摘要
目的:初步确立细辛平喘提取物。方法:以豚鼠平喘作用为考查指标,对不同溶解度参数溶媒提取的细辛提取物进行药效学考查。结果:细辛水提液能明显延长引喘潜伏期,具有显著的平喘作用(P﹤0.05)。结论:初步确定细辛水提取物为细辛平喘作用较强的提取组分。
Objective ： To preliminary study the effects of rough extrated ingredients in Herba Asari on preventing asthma. Methods：Using preventing asthma experiments on guinea pigs as index to estimate pharmacodynarnies actions of the extracted from Herba Asari in different solubility of solvents. Results ： The water extracted from Herba Asarl could prolong the latent period of asthma and had good effects on preventing asthma（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Water extracted from Herba Asari is the main active ingredient for preventing asthma.
