摘要
目的优选平喘巴布剂药材的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,对药材乙醇提取时间、乙醇用量、乙醇浓度和提取次数等影响因素,以芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取率为考察指标,优选平喘巴布剂药材提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为用6倍量70%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论优选的提取工艺合理,为该复方的透皮吸收特性的研究奠定良好的基础。
Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Pingchuan Cataplasm. Methods An orthogonal test method of L9（3^4） was used to investigate the extraction time, solvent volume, the concentration of alcohol and backflow extract times, the extraction rate of sinapine thiocyanate was considered as the evaluation index to optimize the extraction technique. Results The optimized extraction technique were as follows： the medicinal material was extracted for 2 times with sixfold amount of 70% alcohol, 2 hours per time. Conclusion The optimized technique is reasonable which can provide a good basis for the continuing research of transdermal absorption of this compound prescription.
