摘要
在对水稻顺流干燥工艺的研究中,借助于自行设计的顺流干燥试验台研究了热风温度、谷物流速、谷物含水量、风量和谷物品种等因素对能耗、干燥速率、爆腰率等性能指标的影响。通过对顺流干燥过程中传热、传质的分析和水稻干燥特性的研究,建立了水稻顺流干燥模型,编制了水稻顺流干燥模拟程序。模拟结果与试验数据符合较好。试验研究表明,顺流干燥工艺具有干燥均匀、粮食品质好和可以使用较高的热风温度等优点。
A concurrent flow rice drying test apparatus is built.A series of rice drying experiments are carried out.The effect of hot air temperature, grain flow rate,initial moisture content,air flow rate and rice variety on the drying rate,energy consumption,grain temperature and crack of rice kernel are investigated.Based on the analysis of heat and mass transfer and heat balance in the drying process,a set of concurrent flow rice drying models has been developed.A digital computer simulation program for concurrent flow rice dryer is created.This program is used for predicting the performance of the dryer.Theoretical predictions are in good agreement with experimental results.
