摘要
介绍了收获机械整机发动机用加载试验台的研发。该试验台主要用于收获机械整机配套发动机的动力性能试验、发动机整机标定试验、整机热平衡试验等,通过试验,检测收获机械整机发动机的各项性能参数,并判断发动机各项性能是否满足要求。该试验台自动化程度高,检测参数多,使用安全可靠,维护保养方便。
This paper introduces the research and development of loading test-bed for the engine installed in a whole harvester.The test-bed is mainly used for dynamic performance test,calibration test and heat balance test of complete engine installed in the harvester.Through the test,the performance parameters of the engine installed in the harvester are detected,and the performance of the engine is judged to meet the requirements.The test-bed has the advantages of higher automaticity,many testing parameters,safe and reliable use and convenient maintenance.
