摘要
对4级顺流谷物干燥机的玉米干燥工艺进行计算机模拟。根据给定的条件及参数,建立偏微分方程模型,用有限差分法求得数值解。通过多次改变输入条件和工艺参数进行模拟试验。通过模拟,对风温、风量和谷物流速进行优化,确定了多级顺流干燥机的最佳设计、运行及结构参数,并提出了相应的改进意见。
A four-stage concurrent flow corn drying technology is simulated.Based on the given conditions and drying parameters a partial differential equation model is developed. The equations are solved by finite difference method.By changing the imput parameters a series of simulation experiments are carried out and the air temperature,air flow rate and grain flow rate are optimized.Through simulation optimum design,operating and structural parameters of multistage concurrent flow corn dryer are found.Suggestions on improvement of exist drving are made.
