摘要
目的观察强肌健力口服液含药血清对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)成肌分化的影响。方法用密度梯度离心法分离大鼠MSCs,5-溴脱氧嘧啶(Brdu)和CD44双重免疫组化鉴定,传3代后的MSCs分为强肌健力口服液含药血清组和空白对照组,免疫组化染色鉴定肌凝蛋白(Myosin)、结蛋白(Desmin)的表达。结果诱导后第3d,部分细胞出现Desmin和Myosin。结论强肌健力口服液含药血清诱导MSCs向成肌细胞定向分化。
Objective To investigate the effects of mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs） differentiation into myoblasts induced by serum containing Qiangjijianii oral fluid. Methods Rat mesenehymal stem cells dissociated from the bone marrow by density gradient method were cultured. MSCs were identified by marking of bremodeoxyuridine （Brdu） and staining of CD44. Experimental group was cultivated with Serum Containing Qiangjijianli oral fluid and control group with blank serum. The antigen expressions of desmin and myosin were evaluated with immunohistochemistry method. Results After induced by serum containing Qiangjijianli oral fluid, some of MSCs expressed desmin and myosin at the 3th day. Conclusion Serum containing Qiangjijianli oral fluid can induce ofientational differentiation of MSCs into myoblasts.
