摘要
社会融合是西方社会政策领域的一个核心概念,与民族融合、民族同化有着不同的含义。城市少数民族流动人口社会融合主要体现在经济、社会、政治、文化以及主观认同等方面,并受到个体、社会及制度政策三个层面因素的影响。城市少数民族流动人口社会融合的过程需要政府、社会以及少数民族流动人口三方面积极参与、共同努力。构建一个文化多元、文明共享、和谐共处的城市社会始终是我们共同的理想。
Social inclusion is an important concept in the field of western social policy.Its meaning is different from ethnic amalgamation and ethnic assimilation.The social inclusion of the urban ethnic floating population has five contents in economy,society,politics,culture and subjective identity,and been acted by three factors in individual,society and policy.The changing process needs active participations and concerted efforts of the government,the society and the urban ethnic floating population themselves.To build a multicultural,sharable and harmonious society is always our common idea.
