摘要
概述了涤纶短纤针刺非织造土工布用苯丙多元共聚液的合成 ,讨论了乳液中软、硬单体用量与胎布的伸长率和强度的关系 ,详细研究了引入外交联剂对产品的热稳定性、延伸率、拉力的影响。由此得到最佳的合成配方和工艺条件。
The research and preparation of styrene acrylate copolymer emulsion for fibers needlepunched nonwoven geotextiles was summarized. The relation between the level of flexible rigid monomers and elongation and strength of the geotexiles was discussed. At the same time, the effect of the presence of crosslinking agent on the thermal stabilization, elongation, strength of the geotexiles was studied in detail. Base on the above theory, the author proposes a optimum synthesis composition and reaction condition for the preparation of the emulsion.
