The Integration of Immigrants:A Literature Review of Foreign Researches

摘要移民的社会融入是西方移民研究的重要内容。在西方研究界,对于移民社会融入的概念内涵存在着多重界定,如同化、文化适应、社会吸纳等等。而移民的社会融入又主要包含经济融入、社会-文化性融入、政治性融入等维度。在移民融入的归因解释上,人力资本、社会资本与政策制度的解释范式提供了三种最主要的理论解释。此外,关于移民融入模式的理论发展反映出了不同国家、不同历史阶段在移民融入的公共政策模式上的差别,其中同化论与多元文化主义的竞争构成了最为核心的线索。 The integration of immigrants is an important part of immigration studies in the west nations.In the west academic literature,there are diversities of definitions on the concept of immigrant integration such as assimilation,acculturation,social inclusion and so on.And the immigrant integration also mainly includes economic,social-cultural and political integrations.On the attribution analysis,there are three kinds of theoretical paradigms which are human capital theory,social capital analysis and the policy-institutional approach.Additionally we can find that the different public policies between different nations also be related to the development of the theory of immigrant integration modes,and the competition of assimilation theory and multiculturalism could be viewed as a most important clue.
