摘要
将模糊推理方法应用于失效模式及影响分析 (FMEA) 中,建立了失效模式-影响模糊二级推理模型,它克服了传统的FMEA 的缺点,能充分利用专家的知识研究失效模式的组合对系统安全和可靠性的影响.
The application of fuzzy inferencing method for Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is described. A fuzzy two stage inferencing model is constructed, making most of the experts knowledge to investigate the combined effects of various failure modes to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional FMEA. A FMEA of a turbocharger rotor bearing subsystem is conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the method.
