某车辆主离合器的故障分析

摘要 传统FMECA方法在进行故障分析时,无法对故障发生之前的征兆进行诊断和预测。而扩展FMECA方法对现有的故障影响和故障检测方法等分析内容进行了补充,新增了故障演变特性分析、故障征兆分析、故障诊断与预测方法的评价等分析内容,弥补传统FMECA方法的不足。针对现有装备故障分析要求,分析了扩展FMECA的内涵、研究内容及其诊断预测方法,给出了扩展FMECA方法的实施流程图,利用扩展FMECA方法对车辆底盘主离合器故障模式进行分析,验证了扩展FMECA方法在车辆底盘系统故障分析和诊断使用中的可行性。 The classical FMECA method can't diagnose the symptom of fault during fault diagnosis.The existing methods of fault diagnosis and prognostics were renewed by use of enhanced FMECA,the new contents consist of the failure evolution characteristic analysis,the fault precursor analysis,and the methods evaluation of fault diagnosis and prediction to compensate for shortage of the classical FMECA.Aimed at the requests of equipment failure analysis,the meaning of enhanced FMECA and the prediction method of diagnosis were analyzed,and the flow chart of the enhanced FMECA was given.The failure mode of the master clutch of a vehicle equipment was selected to carry out the analysis by use of the enhanced FMECA method.The results of the case application showed that the enhanced FMECA method has the feasibility and validity in fault analysis and diagnosis of the vehicle chassis system.
