摘要
对北重200MW汽轮机组7号瓦临界转速振动问题进行了详细的分析,找出了引起7号瓦临界转速振动过大的主要原因是支承系统共振;对引起支承系统动刚度变化,产生“副临界”转速下降,提出了作者的见解,对消除与预防同类振动故障的发生,提出意见和建议。
The paper gives a particular analysis on the problem of critical speed vibration of the 200MW turbo-generator' s No. 7 tilt. It is found that the vibration of the beating system is the main reason of excessive critical velocity vibration for the No. 7 tilt. The paper points out those rigidity changes of the bearing system results vice critical speed decline. It is also presents about opinion and advice on avoiding the same kind of vibration malfunction.
