摘要
目的了解喹诺酮类抗菌药物的作用机制，不良反应及使用时的注意事项。方法对喹诺酮类抗菌药物在临床使用中的注意事项及所涉及的不良反应进行汇总。结果随着临床使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的增加，药物的不良反应也随着上升，其不良反应发生率〈2．0％，肾损害的发生率为0．9％～4．3％。结论在广泛应用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的同时，要更多地关注其安全性。
OBJECTIVE To understand the mechanism of quinolones, adverse reactions and precautions when using. METHODS The precautions of quinolones in clinical use and the adverse reactions involved were aggregated. RESULTS With the increased clinical use of quinolones, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was increased more than 〈2.0%. CONCLUSION In the widely use of quinolones antibiotics, their safety should be more concerned about.
