摘要
目的了解和分析近年该院抗菌药物不良反应情况,为临床合理、安全用药提供依据。方法汇总2002年￣2004年收集到的抗菌药物不良反应报告,按药品不良反应因果关系判断标准进行分析、评价、分级、统计。结果抗菌药物不良反应报告共计191例,排名前三位的分别是喹诺酮类药物(25.12%)、头孢菌素类药物(23.26%)、大环内酯类药物(13.95%)。因果关系评价:肯定12例,很可能140例,可能34例,怀疑5例。结论抗菌药物不良反应与药物性质、临床使用量、个体因素等密切相关。
Objective To collect and analyze the occurrences of adverse drug reactions （ADR） with antibacterial agents in our hospital recent years, thus to guide rational usage of antibacterial agents in the future. Method ADR reports of antibacterial agents from 2002 to 2004 were collected, categorized on the basis of evaluation and determination of ADR causation. Result Of the total 191 ADR reports, fluoroquinolones （25.12%）, cephalosporins （23.26%） and macrolides （13.95%） are the top 3 causes. Evaluation of causation： “positive” 12 cases, “probable” 140 cases, “possible” 34 cases, “susceptible” 5 cases. Conclusion The ADR of antibacterial agents are closely related to drug property, clinical dosage and individual differences.
