Prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in 2009:investigation and analysis

摘要 目的了解医院感染现状、抗菌药物使用及重要病原菌检出情况,为提高医院感染管理水平提供科学依据。方法统一培训调查人员,床旁询问病史与在架病历调查相结合,填写统一的个案调查表;对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果调查住院患者1753例,医院感染现患率为5.0%,其中以脑科ICU最高占64.3%;医院感染高发部位主要为下呼吸道占46.1%、上呼吸道占12.1%;分离病原菌54株,以革兰阴性杆菌为主;抗菌药物使用率为44.3%。结论医院感染现患率调查快速、有效,可反映医院感染情况,为有效开展医院感染目标性监测提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection and to provide scientific data for surveillance of nosocomial infection. METHODS The survey form of personal case was filled by adopting the method of combining clinical investigation and consulting inpatients medical records. RESULTS Of the 1753 patients investigated, the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 5.0% ; the highest NI rate was found in the cerebral ICU (64.3%);infection sites existed mainly in lower respiratory tract (46.1%), and higher respiratory tract(12.1%) ; 54 strains pathogens were isolated, majority of infections is Gram-Negative bacillus;the application rate of antibiotics was 44. 3%. CONCLUSION The prevalence survey is a rapid and efficient method. It can help doctors to understand the situation of nosocomial infection and offer evidence of target surveillance of nosocomial infection.
