摘要
目的了解医院感染的发生情况及影响因素,为提高医院感染管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院住院患者医院感染现状进行调查。结果调查当日该医院共有住院患者310例,查出医院感染患者80例,医院感染率为25.81%;医院内获得感染7例,医院感染现患率为2.26%;社区获得感染73例,感染率为23.55%。医院感染部位以上呼吸道为主,占71.43%。日抗菌药物使用率为17.10%,一联用药占88.68%,二联用药占11.32%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染主要是社区获得,院内获得感染率较低,提示应加强社区卫生防病管理。
Objective To understand the status and the influential factors of infections in hospital so as to provide scien-tific basis for improving the management level of nosocomial infection. Methods The cross - sectional study was used to survey the status of infections in hospital of inpatients. Results Among 310 cases inpatients in this hospital on the investi-gated day there were 80 eases infections, with the infection rate of 25.81%. There were 7 case hospital acquired infections with the infection rate of 2. 26% ; there were 73 eases community acquired infections with the infection rate of 23.55%. The upper respiratory tract was the mainly site of the infections which accounted for 71.43%. The day usage rate of anti-bacterial drugs was 17.10%, and the mono medication accounted for 88. 68%, while bigeminy medication accounted for 11.32%. Conclusion The infections of inpatients in this hospital are obtained mainly from the community and the infec-tions rate obtained from hospital is comparatively low. So the management of disease prevention in community should be strengthened.
