摘要
综述了国内外利用微生物法生产L-苹果酸的发酵和提取工艺研究,并展望了全生物法生产L-苹果酸的应用前景。
Study on the complete biological fermentation process and extraction technology of L-malic acid by dint of complete biological method in China and abroad as well as its application prospect have been reviewed and discussed in this paper.
