摘要
毛细管电泳是近年发展起来的一项新型分析技术。因其兼有电泳和色谱技术的双重优点,以高效、高速、高灵敏度和高自动化而被认为是九十年代最重要的分离、分析手段之一。尤其近几年,无论从理论研究还是实际应用,都呈现了迅速发展的势头。本文介绍了毛细管电泳技术的基本概述、在中药分析中的应用及发展趋势。
Capillary electrophoresis is a novel analysis technology which has been developed in the late years.It has been considered as one of the most important means of separation and analysis due to its double advantages of electrophoresis and colour spectrum technology as well as its outstanding performance in its effect,speed,sensitivity and automaticity.Especially over the past few years,it has shown strong development momentum in both theoretical research and practical application.This article describes a basic overview of the capillary electrophoresis technology and its application in traditional Chinese medicine as well as its development trend.
