糖皮质激素治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜导致死亡1例并文献复习被引量：1

摘要特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocyto penicpurpura,ITP）是一种免疫机制参与而使血小板生成和破坏增多的疾病。我科于2008年10月收治1例激素治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜致肝功能衰竭患者,救治无效死亡。现根据本例复习相关文献并报道如下。
